Prof Michael N.I. Lokuruka is a highly responsible, hardworking, & committed Food Scientist, who reliably & consistently delivers any job I set myself to achieve and deliver, on time and of the quality expected, and aspires to be the reference authority in the wider area of Food BioSciences and specifically in Food and Fish Quality Assurance and Research; I aspire to passionately utilize my potential, wide knowledge, skills and to practice good work ethics driven by the Values and Mission of the Organization to realize my highest potential through excellence and offer exceptional service to my Students, Colleagues, the Public and Stakeholders. My Work Motto is: Listen with Curiosity, Act with Passion and Achieve with Integrity.
